Missionaries of the New Evangelization, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Indiana. On September 30, 2011, the corporation was approved as a non-profit organization and exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Missionaries of the New Evangelization has been classified by the IRS as a public charity. The corporation receives no financial assistance from any diocese nor from any parish.
